Top of the Line Catering specializes in Traditional First Nation Cuisine. We cater for corporate and special events: National Indigenous Day, Forestry conferences, Weddings, and meetings in the Burns Lake area and surrounding six (6) First Nation communities.
Our culinary inspiration is from our carrier culture upbringing, from berry picking, to salmon harvest, and hunts for wild game: moose, elk, and bear.
We like to keep cooking simple, we enjoy incorporating our traditional foods with recipes and other cuisine ideas and quality ingredients.
