Honoring the Lake Babine Nation Guardians.
Celebrating Culture, Tradition, and Food Sovereignty
We extend our heartfelt congratulations to the Lake Babine Nation Guardians who were recently featured in a documentary showcased at the First Nations National Guardians Network gathering in Victoria, B.C.
Top of the Line Catering was deeply honored to cater for the Guardians out on our Yintah. We prepared a Traditional Indigenous meal that honored the land and the people, featuring the rich, natural flavors of our territory.
The menu included a variety of wild game—moose, elk, and bear—all harvested sustainably and traditionally, reflecting our core belief in Indigenous food sovereignty. We concluded the meal with a cherished delicacy: Nawuss (Soap Berries), a hand-whipped traditional superfood that holds deep cultural significance.
We believe that traditional food is more than nourishment—it’s medicine, identity, and connection to our ancestors. At Top of the Line Catering, we are proud to uphold and share these values through every meal we create.
